The fourth grade students at Wesley Prep have partnered with The Austin Street Center, a homeless shelter in Dallas, to collaborate with a group called The Sisterhood to create poetry together. They will be publishing a book and all proceeds will benefit the shelter and future philanthropic initiatives by The Common Ground Experiment, which is the organization the kids created on behalf of the shelter.
